At SMM CHEAP, we want every order to deliver what you paid for. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how refill protection works, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

1. General Policy
SMM services are digital and usually start immediately after payment. Most orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins. Fair refunds and refills apply in the cases below.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund to your SMM CHEAP balance is issued if:
- Your order did not start within 72 hours (unless the service lists a longer start time)
- Status shows Cancelled or Failed
- The service was removed before processing
- A technical error on our side prevented all delivery
- You were double-charged for one order
3. Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund is issued if:
- Delivery stopped early — refund for the undelivered portion
- Delivered quantity is more than 20% short and marked complete
4. Refill Protection
Eligible services include refill protection. If your count drops within the guarantee window, we top it back up free.
How to request a refill
- Open Orders in your dashboard
- Click Refill on the completed order (if available)
- Otherwise contact support with your order ID
Refill conditions
- Within the refill window on the service page (30 days, 60 days, lifetime, etc.)
- Target link must be public and accessible
- Do not change username or set profile to private after ordering
- Restores to original delivered amount, not beyond
- Usually one refill request per order unless stated otherwise
5. When Refunds Are NOT Issued
- Order fully delivered as described — use refill if eligible
- Wrong or private link provided
- Account banned, suspended, or set private during/after delivery
- Username changed after ordering
- Order still in progress — wait for completion
- Service marked no refill / no refund
- Normal drop within expected range — request refill instead
- Duplicate order placed by mistake
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation only if processing has not started. Contact support immediately with your order ID via live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

- Check order status in dashboard
- Try Refill button if applicable
- Contact support with order ID, service name, problem description, screenshot if relevant

8. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds go to your account balance by default. Refunds to original payment method are case-by-case and may take 5–15 business days.
9. Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent account suspension.
10. Tips to Avoid Issues
- Verify your target link is public before ordering
- Start with a small test order on new services
- Read service description — speed, drop rate, refill window
- Use drip-feed on newer accounts
- Do not change username or privacy settings after ordering
